About the role
Rosina Food Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This role will lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, administrative, professional, and leadership positions while serving as a key backup to the Talent Acquisition Lead for plant operations hiring.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, administrative, technical, and leadership positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Extend employment offers and guide candidates through the pre-employment process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (UKG).
- Draft and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Serve as the backup recruiter for production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and other manufacturing positions as business needs require.
- Support high-volume hiring initiatives, open interview events, orientation sessions, and onboarding.
- Aid with background checks, drug screenings, and employment documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting corporate, professional, or leadership positions preferred.
- Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); UKG experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
