- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for active and niche requisitions using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, and targeted job boards.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to conduct intake calls, align on role requirements, provide candidate market guidance, and drive the interview process forward.
- Deliver a seamless, professional experience for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged at every step of the hiring journey.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and requisition status within the ATS, ensuring high data integrity and efficient desk management.

- Culturally Attuned: A genuine interest in the apparel/fashion retail space and the ability to act as an authentic brand steward.
- Highly Organized & Disciplined: Exceptional time-management and prioritization skills to keep multiple open roles moving steadily through the funnel simultaneously.
