Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Execution

Lead full-cycle recruiting including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Manage high-volume and specialized requisitions across multiple sites and functions.
Conduct structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews.

Manufacturing & Skilled Trades Workforce Pipeline

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and technical roles (e.g., maintenance, operators, EHS, engineering technicians)
Build relationships with trade schools, technical colleges, apprenticeship programs, and workforce development organizations.
Partner with operations leadership to understand site-specific labor needs, shift requirements, and critical skill gaps.
Support development of apprenticeship, upskilling, and internal mobility programs to strengthen workforce capability.
Maintain pipelines of industrial and production talent to ensure continuity of operations and reduce vacancy-related downtime.
Leverage local labor market data and trends to inform recruiting strategies in competitive manufacturing environments.

University Recruiting & Early Career Programs

Lead university recruiting strategy, including establishing and maintaining relationships with colleges and technical programs.
Plan and manage participation in university career fairs, campus events, and recruiting initiatives.
Develop and execute internship, co-op, and early career hiring programs.
Partner with business leaders to align internship programs with workforce planning needs.
Career onboarding, development experiences, and program evaluations.
Build pipelines of early talent aligned to future workforce needs.

Candidate Management & Selection

Evaluate resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interview processes.
Facilitate candidate selection, reference checks, and hiring recommendations.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Support onboarding and new hire orientation activities.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

Utilize job boards, social media, and networking strategies to source talent.
Build and maintain relationships with agencies, universities, trade schools, and workforce partners.
Support internship, apprenticeship, and early career programs as part of overall talent strategy.
Attend recruitment events, career fairs, and community workforce initiatives to strengthen employer brand.
Develop diverse talent pipelines aligned with organizational and compliance objectives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

Work closely with site HR Managers and business leaders to meet staffing goals.
Provide guidance to hiring teams on recruiting best practices and market conditions.
Partner with HR and operations on workforce planning, succession, and talent development initiatives.
Support cross-functional HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
