About the Role
Full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings with hiring managers through offer of employment and onboarding. This includes writing job descriptions, resume screening, developing innovative recruiting strategies, and facilitating all aspects of the interview process such as phone screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection. You will also participate in and plan networking, recruiting, and hiring events while meeting key staffing metrics like recruitment strategy, time-to-fill, and new hire effectiveness.
Support company EEO/Diversity initiatives, track required candidate data, and maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws. Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges, universities, alumni organizations, industry groups, and colleagues to source qualified talent. Provide input on process improvement opportunities and ensure great candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, job description writing, and resume screening.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates.
- Facilitate all aspects of the interview process: phone screening, scheduling, and candidate selection.
- Plan and participate in networking, recruiting, and hiring events.
- Meet goals related to key staffing metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, new hire effectiveness).
- Support EEO/Diversity initiatives and accurately report and track candidate data.
- Build and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges, universities, alumni, industry groups, and colleagues.
- Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies.
- Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with employment laws.
- Provide input on process improvement opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate-level recruiting experience, including supervisory/management-level recruiting for IT, Engineering, Production, Quality, Manufacturing (Finance, Procurement, HR, Production, EHS).
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web, social, professional networks).
- Proven ability to build and maintain a broad network of professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter mentality, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with high-volume technical or operational exempt recruiting.
- Demonstrated track record in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working-level knowledge of the English language (reading, writing, speaking).
Qualifications
Education:
- Basic: High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements
To ensure health and safety in the workplace, some roles may require the use of PPE, which can include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit with a respirator.
