About the role

We are looking for a full lifecycle Corporate Recruiter to be a key contributor to our organization's growth by sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent. This position will manage full lifecycle recruiting at multiple organizational levels and across multiple locations in the United States. This role is onsite five days a week in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools for departments including Client Support, Software Engineering, Product, QA, and more.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, anticipating hiring manager preferences.
• Leverage Greenhouse for managing the recruiting process.
• Document and update recruiting policies and processes on an ongoing basis.
• Contribute to operational excellence through leadership of strategic projects.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide and present data-driven updates to the Recruiting Director and Executives.
• Research, recommend, and participate in industry-relevant events, including campus recruiting and career fairs.
• Utilize creative marketing and sourcing strategies to promote Employee Navigator as an employer of choice.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a Recruiting role (Agency or in-house).
• Proven track record of delivering results through high-volume sourcing of active and passive candidates.
• Experience proactively sourcing and closing candidates.
• Ability to collaborate and build meaningful partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
• Desire and capability to work with other Recruiters to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create a white-glove candidate experience with a service mindset.
• Strong people skills with an ability to read both people and situations and use best judgment.

Pay

Maryland Salary Range: $65,000—$100,000 USD. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
