Corporate Recruiter

About the Role

This Corporate Recruiter will perform full life-cycle recruiting of mid to senior-level talent using proactive sourcing techniques. The position is on-site.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently; tenacity and initiative.
• Strong persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions, projects, and priorities at any given time.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines with a focus on delivering results.
• Extensive experience with internet sourcing and implementing creative recruiting/sourcing strategies.
• Prior experience recruiting technical and engineering candidates.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Manager of Human Resources to analyze staffing needs and develop cost-effective recruitment strategies and programs to attract candidates and achieve required staffing levels.
• Research, identify, and locate qualified candidates through innovative search methods, including cold-calling, networking, internet search tools, and mining.
• Develop recruiting resources and work with the Director of Human Resources to conform to budget requirements, including adding tools, attending fairs and tradeshows, and implementing other resources as needed.
• Initiate contact and pre-screen qualified candidates for specific job openings.
• Coordinate communications and arrange interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Observe and adhere to DMP data classification standards and company policies.
• Continuously strive to find processes that create improved efficiency while maintaining conformance to requirements.
• Perform related duties or fill in for others in the department or other departments when requested. May train or instruct fellow workers regarding own duties.
• Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned. Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
