Corporate Recruiter
Job Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate roles (e.g., Engineering, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service)
- Partner with human resources to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Sources candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screens resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordination and facilitation of interview processes, including scheduling and feedback collection
- Maintains a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Tracks recruiting metrics and provides insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Ensures compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Supports employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Must be able to work onsite in New Bremen, Ohio
- Must be able to travel 5-10%
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Experience with data-driven recruiting and analytics
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
