Corporate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Primary Project Management duties for high-level and/or Corporate sponsored projects
• Track and report against project targets
• Define and communicate across a cross-functional project team structure
• Owning the Project Master Schedule – enforcing ownership and accountability of functional swim-lanes
• Instruct project teams in the use of daily management planning
• Drive project risk management and mitigation
• Apply schedule compression techniques when appropriate
• Utilize a tiered reporting structure to ensure appropriate audience, cadence, and agenda for meetings
• Safety
• To help ensure that all our employees go home safely at the end of their working day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science, technology, or business
• 6+ Years experience managing cross-functional project teams
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred
