Corporate Financial Sys Analyst

About the role

Under general supervision, provides support in the development of enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and communication with business partners providing guidance regarding software development and/or support requests
• Providing technical advice and leadership for the organization in the definition, development, implementation and review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases
• Participate in project teams on departmental and corporate initiatives
• Provides system and network support
• Maintain training content, end user communications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field
• Minimum Experience: Two (2) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with business multidimensional databases, software, web technologies, scripting languages in the business environment
• Quantitative Business Problem Solving Skills And Troubleshooting Abilities
• Strong organizational/time management and planning skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good written and oral communication skills

Skills

• Proven experience with Financial ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP), especially with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Familiarity with integration tools, including APIs, REST, SOA, OIC, SFTP processes for data connectivity & automation
• Understanding of governance, compliance standards, & audit readiness requirements
• Experience evaluating trade-offs involving customization, integration complexity, release cycles, and system standardization

Pay

Pay ranges vary based on location. For Memphis, TN, the pay range is $5,152.82 - $8,244.52 monthly. For Plano, TX, the pay range is $6,511.62 - $10,744.16 monthly. For Pittsburgh, PA, the pay range is $5,424.03 - $8,678.44 monthly.
