Corporate Financial Sys Analyst
About the role
Under general supervision, provides support in the development of enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and communication with business partners providing guidance regarding software development and/or support requests
- Providing technical advice and leadership for the organization in the definition, development, implementation and review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases
- Participate in project teams on departmental and corporate initiatives
- Provides system and network support
- Maintain training content, end user communications
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field
- Minimum Experience: Two (2) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with business multidimensional databases, software, web technologies, scripting languages in the business environment
- Quantitative Business Problem Solving Skills And Troubleshooting Abilities
- Strong organizational/time management and planning skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
Skills
- Proven experience with Financial ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP), especially with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Familiarity with integration tools, including APIs, REST, SOA, OIC, SFTP processes for data connectivity & automation
- Understanding of governance, compliance standards, & audit readiness requirements
- Experience evaluating trade-offs involving customization, integration complexity, release cycles, and system standardization

Pay
This position is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN (Pay range of $6,511.62 - $10,744.16 monthly, Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA. (Pay range of $6,854.33 - $11,309.65. Sponsorship and relocation may be provided depending on business needs.)
