About the Opportunity
As a leader within Corporate Development, you will drive high impact business diligence and companywide strategic initiatives. You will partner with Market Leaders to lead M&A sourcing and business case development. Leveraging deep market insight, and analytical rigor, you will develop prioritized M&A sourcing pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Partner with market leaders to articulate the strategic rationale and help market leaders build the business case for each transaction
- Build detailed waterfall models and financial forecasts to evaluate M&A opportunities
- Work with market and functional leaders to translate business case and value drivers into integration planning, supporting the end-to-end M&A process
- Lead and mentor junior team members across the M&A lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development
- Experience structuring complex problems and delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience building complex financial models, including financial waterfalls and forecasts, scenario analyses, ROI frameworks, and valuation assessments to support executive decision-making
- Experience with Microsoft Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations
- Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Tech market
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights, including using large data sets in Excel such as pivot tables
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively on cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with federal budgets
- Experience with complex Excel modeling
- Ability to build complex operating P&Ls and develop Monte Carlo simulations
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance
Pay
Up to $150,000 Annually
