About the role
Lightspeed Restoration is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to focus on building relationships, generating referrals, and supporting the estimating process. This role plays a key part in growing the business by developing strong partnerships and ensuring opportunities are properly documented and converted into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with: Insurance agents & adjusters, Plumbers, Property managers, Real estate professionals
- Generate and manage referral pipelines
- Represent the company in the field with professionalism and urgency
