Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue net-new prospects through field scouting, research, outreach, and facility visits.
- Develop understanding of customer operations to identify needs related to equipment, safety, and efficiency.
- Establish initial relationships and position the company as a trusted resource.
- Schedule and prepare qualified first meetings between prospects and Territory Reps.
- Maintain activity records, track prospect interactions, and provide insights using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Territory Reps on target accounts and follow-up strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong field presence, curiosity about customer operations, relationship-building skills, and ability to support team collaboration.
- Must be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects and activities effectively.
