Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue net-new prospects through field scouting, research, outreach, and facility visits.
  • Develop understanding of customer operations to identify needs related to equipment, safety, and efficiency.
  • Establish initial relationships and position the company as a trusted resource.
  • Schedule and prepare qualified first meetings between prospects and Territory Reps.
  • Maintain activity records, track prospect interactions, and provide insights using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Territory Reps on target accounts and follow-up strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong field presence, curiosity about customer operations, relationship-building skills, and ability to support team collaboration.
  • Must be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects and activities effectively.
