Corporate Attorney; Capital Markets and Securities (3-5 years): Colorado, Utah, Idaho, or Nevada

About the role

Holland & Hart is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of top-tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work. M&A experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent issuers in connection with SEC compliance and capital markets transactions
• Work in teams on matters across the corporate practice generally
• Contribute to the firm's wellness program, including unlimited PTO, reduced time program, and sabbatical program
• Engage in pro bono/public service work and community-building initiatives
• Participate in continuing legal education programs and educational assistance opportunities

Requirements

• Significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team-oriented approach

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Admitted to practice law in Colorado

Pay

$215,000 - $235,000 (if based in Colorado)
