Capital Markets Associate Attorney (5–6 Years) – Major U.S. Markets

The Opportunity

• Work on public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities
• Participate in IPOs and follow-on offerings
• Engage in debt capital markets transactions
• Assist with securities compliance and Exchange Act reporting
• Provide corporate governance advisory services

Candidate Profile

• At least 5–6 years of capital markets experience in a law firm setting
• Substantial experience with public and private securities offerings
• Strong understanding of Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to, and good standing with, the bar in the state of intended practice
• A JD and previous experience working in a law firm (required)

Compensation

Competitive market compensation. In New York, the anticipated base salary range is $225,000–$445,000, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
