A highly regarded corporate practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its thriving M&A and private equity team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on sophisticated, market-leading transactions while continuing to develop as a trusted advisor to high-caliber clients.
Responsibilities
- Play a meaningful role in deal execution, with responsibility for drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents.
- Exposure to capital markets transactions, energy or infrastructure deals, or other strategic business transactions will be viewed favorably.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Prior experience working in a law firm
- 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on M&A and private equity
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- A mature, business-oriented approach to client service
