Corporate, M&A & Securities Mid-Level Associate Attorney
About the role
A leading international law firm is seeking a talented mid‑level Corporate, M&A and Securities Associate to join its established transactional practice in Northern Virginia. The associate will play a meaningful role in complex M&A and private equity matters, including platform acquisitions, add‑on transactions, portfolio company governance and exits. The role offers the opportunity to develop deeper commercial judgment, strengthen client‑facing capabilities and assume increasing ownership of transactions. The practice combines sophisticated transactional work with a genuinely collaborative working environment, providing access to a broad international platform while retaining tangible opportunities to develop client relationships, expand deal experience and progress within the practice. For an associate looking to build a long‑term career in M&A and private equity, the position offers significant exposure to transactions throughout their lifecycle rather than limiting involvement to isolated components of a deal.
