6+ Year Corporate Finance Attorney: Denver

About the role

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking a qualified attorney with 6+ years of experience to join the debt finance section of our corporate group. This position is open in our Denver, Los Angeles, and New York offices.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft credit agreements, commitment letters, issues lists, security documents, term sheets, intercreditor agreements, legal opinions and other related transactional documents.
• Lead due diligence teams, coordinate with specialists, and manage matters with minimal supervision.
• Show considerable experience in complex debt financing transactions.
• Exhibit excellent academic performance, superb communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred candidates will have:

• Significant experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex debt financing transactions.
• Experience leading due diligence teams, coordinating with specialists, and managing matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent academic performance.

Pay

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents the range of possible compensation for this role. We expect the salary range for this position to be between $305,000 and $325,000, but could be higher depending on years of experience. Associates are also eligible to receive an hours-based bonus.
