Requirements
- JD from a ranked law school.
- 2-4 years of experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in finance transactions, including:
- Reserve-based lending transactions.
- Secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities.
- Acquisition financings and project financings.
- Licensed to practice in Texas or willing to take the Texas Bar Exam.
- High academic achievement and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Represent borrowers and lenders in high-stakes finance transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review financing documents for a variety of deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients across industries.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients navigating complex financial structures.
