Corporate Finance Attorney

Requirements

• JD from a ranked law school.
• 2-4 years of experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in finance transactions, including:
• Reserve-based lending transactions.
• Secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities.
• Acquisition financings and project financings.
• Licensed to practice in Texas or willing to take the Texas Bar Exam.
• High academic achievement and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent borrowers and lenders in high-stakes finance transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review financing documents for a variety of deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients across industries.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients navigating complex financial structures.
