About the role
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking a qualified attorney with 6+ years of experience to join the debt finance section of our corporate group. This position is open in our Denver, Los Angeles, and New York offices.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft credit agreements, commitment letters, issues lists, security documents, term sheets, intercreditor agreements, legal opinions and other related transactional documents.
- Lead due diligence teams, coordinate with specialists, and manage matters with minimal supervision.
- Show considerable experience in complex debt financing transactions.
- Require excellent academic performance, superb communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Pay
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents the range of possible compensation for this role. We expect the salary range for this position to be between $305,000 and $325,000, but could be higher depending on years of experience. Associates are also eligible to receive an hours-based bonus.
