Responsibilities

• Engage in sophisticated M&A and financing work

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• At least 3 years of relevant transactional experience
• J.D. and active Massachusetts bar membership

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Effective negotiation and advocacy abilities
