Corporate (Venture Capital & M&A) Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on venture capital transactions and mergers & acquisitions
• Draft and review transaction documents, lead negotiations, and manage deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic legal counsel

Ideal Candidate

• 2-4 years of corporate law experience in venture capital and M&A
• Superior academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Admission to the New York Bar

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $235,000 – $310,000 based on experience and year classification
