Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential M&A and private equity deals
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies
• Assist in negotiating and closing transactions
• Manage relationships with clients and partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&A or private equity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Passionate about mergers and acquisitions and private equity
• Experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Knowledge of corporate law and securities regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
