Corporate Associate – Mid-Level to Senior (M&A / Emerging Companies & Venture Capital)

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on M&A and emerging companies/venture capital (EC/VC) transactions
• Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents and related agreements
• Managing elements of deals independently while collaborating closely with partners and clients
• Providing strategic counsel to founders and investors across industries

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on M&A and EC/VC work
• Proven ability to manage multiple deal components
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and client communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive
• Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in California or Washington
• Excellent academic credentials

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is £260,000 – £420,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
