Corporate M&A Associate (Mid-Senior Level)
Job Summary
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a mid-senior level Associate in their Corporate Practice. This is a location flexible position primarily working with attorneys in the Corporate practices of our Tampa and Fort Lauderdale offices. Consideration will be given to interested candidates across multiple East Coast office locations.

Job Requirements
- Significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public M&A, take-private transactions, and general corporate governance.
- A strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and other documentation used in complex M&A transactions.
- Proficiency in drafting acquisition agreements and other related documents.
- Experience leading due diligence teams and managing M&A transactions from inception to closing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and willingness to accept significant responsibility.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas.
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $250,000 - 360,000 per year. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job-related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
Schedule
