Responsibilities
- Lead and support M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side deals, for both strategic clients and financial sponsors.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market standards.
- Supervise junior associates and collaborate with subject matter specialists to deliver high-quality work.
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic advice on M&A and corporate governance matters.
- Participate in business development efforts and contribute to the firm’s growth.
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials.
- 4-8 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior associates.
- Bar membership in the jurisdiction where the candidate is applying.
- Experience in joint ventures, venture capital, and minority investments is a plus.
Pay
Competitive salary range of £310,000 to £435,000 per year, depending on experience.
