- Aiding in the office flow by directing patients to various services
- Pulling travel cards and organizing paperwork
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment
- Being knowledgeable of the services provided
- Participating in internal and external company marketing events
- Attending company trainings
- Complying with company policies
- Being able to stand for long periods of time
- Handling a fast-paced office with a large patient volume
