Welcome patients warmly as they arrive and guide them through check-in. Work alongside the front-office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and respect everyone's time. Help make the practice feel calm and well-run, even on busy days.

What We Need From You

• Genuinely friendly and professional demeanor
• Calm under pressure in high-volume situations
• Comfortable with basic computer use and willingness to learn dental practice software
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare reception is a plus
• Dental office experience is helpful but not required — we provide training
