Hospital Greeter
About the role
Highland Animal Hospital is looking for a Greeter to be one of the first friendly faces our clients see when they walk through our doors! We’re looking for someone who loves helping people, has a positive, friendly attitude, is comfortable talking with clients, is dependable and professional, enjoys working around people and pets, and understands that a smile can make someone’s day!
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and their pets with a smile
- Help clients sign in when they arrive
- Assist with basic questions and directions
- Help keep the front lobby welcoming and organized
- Work alongside our veterinary team to provide a great client experience
Qualifications
No veterinary experience is required; we’re looking for the right personality and a genuine desire to help others.

Full‑time position, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5:30 pm
