About the Role
The Ticket Sales Experiences Coordinator will assist the Ticket Sales and Service department in developing and executing ticketing experiences, supporting group sales, and ensuring seamless event delivery.
Responsibilities
- Event Development & Execution
- Develop and assist with the execution of ticketing experiences and special offers for current clients, new business development, and group sales efforts.
- Provide logistical support for each experience.
- Train sales staff on online group offers, event execution, and Fan Experience Packages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Event Production, Basketball Operations, Sales and Service staff, Levy, and other external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Serve as the Ticketing liaison on game days, managing group and prospect experiences.
- Coordinate with United Center operations, Guest Relations, security, At Your Service, Levy, and Standard Parking on staffing and logistics.
- Group Sales Support
- Manage the Group Event Calendar in partnership with the Group Sales Manager, Account Executives, Corporate Partnerships, Game Entertainment, and United Center personnel.
- Coordinate and advance day-of logistics for large group events.
- Create and distribute group documentation, including agendas, event details, advisory sheets, waivers, and VIP lists.
- Administration & Communication
- Assist with the creation and distribution of game-day building notes.
- Build and distribute Speedtix offers.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure event details are shared across the organization.
- Support monthly Ticket Sales and Service meetings, including meeting notes and tracking goal achievers.
- Build and maintain a catalog of industry best practices for Ticket Sales and Service.
- Provide additional support to the Ticket Sales and Service leadership team as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in event coordination or related role in the sports industry preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and follow through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
- Consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. During the basketball season, this may include nights and weekends.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 annually plus a structured bonus. This role is overtime eligible.

Schedule
This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time remote work is not an option; candidates should be located in or prepared to move to the Chicagoland area.
