Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell ticket packages and grow new customer bases through season tickets, mini-plans, and group sales, with an emphasis on men's basketball.
- Congduct daily outbound sales calls and consistently generate new business leads to drive weekly revenue growth.
- Assist in developing and executing departmental sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer account records, process orders using Archtics/Ticketmaster systems, and leverage platforms such as Archtics/Ticketmaster, Conquer, and Salesforce to enhance ticket operations processes.
- Serve as ticket office manager on duty for all ticketed events (excluding men's basketball) and assist with operational needs.
- Handle escalated customer challenges and ensure resolution aligns with organizational standards and leadership expectations.
- Direct oversight of the main athletics email account and texting system viewing all emails/texts and responding in a timely manner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and operations to develop compelling sales materials and initiatives.
- Support supervision and development of student sales associates and ticket office staff.
- Produce daily financial and sales reports for the Athletics Business Office, including deposits and payment summaries.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least one year of relevant working experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem solve
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented setting and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize their workload
