Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sell ticket packages and grow new customer bases through season tickets, mini-plans, and group sales, with an emphasis on men's basketball.
  • Congduct daily outbound sales calls and consistently generate new business leads to drive weekly revenue growth.
  • Assist in developing and executing departmental sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate customer account records, process orders using Archtics/Ticketmaster systems, and leverage platforms such as Archtics/Ticketmaster, Conquer, and Salesforce to enhance ticket operations processes.
  • Serve as ticket office manager on duty for all ticketed events (excluding men's basketball) and assist with operational needs.
  • Handle escalated customer challenges and ensure resolution aligns with organizational standards and leadership expectations.
  • Direct oversight of the main athletics email account and texting system viewing all emails/texts and responding in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and operations to develop compelling sales materials and initiatives.
  • Support supervision and development of student sales associates and ticket office staff.
  • Produce daily financial and sales reports for the Athletics Business Office, including deposits and payment summaries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least one year of relevant working experience
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem solve
  • Work efficiently in a team-oriented setting and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize their workload
