About the role

This position is part of the Talent Management Department, which is responsible for the leadership development and growth of school-based and central office administrators and classified staff within the Division.

This skilled role involves the exercise of judgment, professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, communicate, deliver, and evaluate Talent Management programming and offerings for the school division.
• Perform essential responsibilities in support of Talent Management initiatives under the direction of the supervisor.
• Participate in special projects as directed by management.
