Coordinator, Cte Workforce Development - 250 Day

About the role

The Coordinator, CTE Workforce Development leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of division-wide Work-Based Learning (WBL) programs aligned with Career and Technical Education (CTE) goals, Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) requirements, and the Division’s strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems, processes, and data infrastructure to support program implementation, monitor participation and outcomes, and ensure quality and compliance.
• Build capacity through professional learning for educators and stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships with business and community stakeholders to expand workforce-aligned learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase student access to WBL programs.
