Coordinator, Sales, P&HS, NA Corporate Accounts
About the role
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of the corporate accounts team located within North and South America for the Packaging & Hygiene Solutions Commercial organization. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, submitting and publishing of customer pricing, terms and conditions
- Analyzing pricing across the region, maintaining a 'live' pricing tool to ensure effective and timely communication on expiring deals/prices
- Invoicing analysis
- Setting up of new vendors
- Handling TDS/SDS requests
- Analysis of forecasts with local sales
- Serving as the contact person for the CAM team and the customer service team for all questions concerning order processing, invoicing, delivery problems and complaints
- Assisting with one to one training related to the internal commercial tools
- Supporting and promoting the use of Sales Force
- Working with the Commercial Excellence team on internal activities including training
- General administrative tasks including work within a large commercial team offering daily support of business activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or Administration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales/administration role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English, for internal team coordination and client interactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work closely with sales teams, marketing, and other departments
- Efficiently prioritize tasks, such as coordinating schedules, tracking leads, and managing client communications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, SAP programs and Salesforce
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
The starting salary range for consideration for this position is $67,500 to $84,000 per year with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. The actual starting salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant employment history & experience, skill set/competencies, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.
