Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of client asset approvals, ensuring timely routing, tracking, and delivery of marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal creative teams and external partners to collect, distribute, and approve assets.
- Field day-to-day asset and material requests from internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely turnaround across all deliverables.
- Own and manage key administrative workflows for the team, including processing invoices, purchase orders, and submitting executive T&E reports.
- Track budgets and maintain organized records of marketing expenses and vendor payments.
- Clock team logistics including meeting scheduling, agendas, and event support.
- Support the Distribution Marketing team across all show campaigns and projects.
- Own individual projects as assigned by senior team members.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials, including
- Sales collateral (one sheets, decks, e-blasts, sizzles)
- Promo tracking and coordination
- Competitive and marketplace tracking
- Cross-functional communication with teams including Creative, Publicity, Legal, Sales, Research, and International
- Aid in client mailings and gift sourcing.
- Support B2B efforts for key industry events (e.g., NATPE, L.A. Screenings)
- Support relationship management with clients (SVOD/AVOD platforms, cable networks)
- Clock with external vendors, including creative and promotional agencies, as needed.
- 1-2 years experience in the Entertainment Industry preferred
- BA in Marketing or related field preferred
- Strong interest in television, entertainment, and media
- Hightly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) a must; familiarity with Photoshop a plus
- Comfortable taking ownership of administrative and operational responsibilities
- Thrives in a support role while proactively seeking opportunities to contribute more broadly
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong team-first mentality
