About the role

The Coordinator for Student Engagement will oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing student engagement and satisfaction across various campus programs and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to gather feedback and insights on student experiences.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events designed to engage students in campus life.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current engagement programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Office of Student Affairs to align engagement efforts with broader institutional goals.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, psychology, or student affairs.
  • At least 2 years of experience in student affairs or related field.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with diverse student populations.
  • Knowledge of best practices in student engagement and retention.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for fostering a supportive and inclusive campus environment.
