Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Supports institutional enrollment and student success initiatives by coordinating multi-channel communication plans and managing key enrollment technologies.
- Develops and executes email, SMS, chatbot, and automated drip campaigns; maintains comprehensive communication calendars; ensures consistent branding, message alignment, and strategic timing across the enrollment lifecycle.
- Leverages CRM and SIS data to support targeted outreach, track student engagement, and contribute to reporting and dashboards that inform recruitment, onboarding, yield, and retention strategies.
- Implement and execute targeted enrollment communication campaigns based on established strategies and plans across multiple platforms, including email, text messaging, social media, and print materials.
- Cook up and implement assigned multi-channel communications (email, SMS, chatbot, phone) through content creation using Sparkpost, Twilio, Ocelot Chatbot, Recruit, and Colleague.

- Submit project requests for digital and print materials to Marketing & Communications through Workfront or Web Support Request to support promotion of events and initiatives in Student Services.
- Support data integrity and list management between Recruit and Colleague, including segmentation logic and contact preferences.
- Maintain a comprehensive enrollment communications calendar and ensure alignment with key institutional deadlines and initiatives.
- Analyze communication performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Generate and present cyclical performance reports on enrollment communication activities to leadership, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Oversee the development and execution of targeted mailing campaigns, including admissions packets, to ensure timely delivery of critical enrollment information.
- Cook up residency verification processes within mailed communications, ensuring compliance with institutional and state requirements while enhancing the student onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Two to three years' experience in higher education, marketing, communications, or a related role required.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office software required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with chatbot or CRM/SIS software is preferred.
- Three years' experience in a higher education environment preferred.
