Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned prep work
- Set up cooks station
- Maintain product presentations and quality
- Prepare all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations and specifications
- Set up equipment, verify stock, clean equipment, prepare food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area
- Able to lift 25-70 pounds, use knives, slicing and other food preparation equipment while standing and exert well-pace mobility for periods of up to 10 hours in length
