Responsibilities
- Prepares quality food products as per standardized recipes and production requirements.
- Adheres to HACCP procedures for all prep and food safety.
- Maintains records as required.
- Mets customer service expectations by actively engaging with customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment.
- General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers.
