Responsibilities

• Prepares quality food products as per standardized recipes and production requirements.
• Adheres to HACCP procedures for all prep and food safety.
• Maintains records as required.
• Mets customer service expectations by actively engaging with customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment.
• General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers.
