Cook - Creekside Inn

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our Culinary Department at Creekside Inn. This is a full-time opportunity with a day shift available Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

What You'll Do

• Ensure food is prepared in a nutritional, appetizing fashion, and presented in an attractive manner per the menu and schedule
• Properly store, date, and rotate food per food handling guidelines
• Keep the environment safe and clean
• Follow kitchen cleaning schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• All requirements related to the food handlers' certificate per state requirements
• Knowledge of food preparation, production and plate presentation
• Must be drug-free and submit to a drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Knowledge of special dietary needs

Pay & Schedule

• Earn between $22 and $23/hour, dependent on experience
• Day Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
