Contract Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to partner closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver talent for hard-to-fill engineering positions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, screening resumes, assessing qualifications, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, pipelining candidates for future opportunities, and closing selected candidates.
• Ensure consistent communication and a top-notch experience for all candidates to drive the process, keep them engaged, and maintain a pipeline for future opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system and other tools to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a recruiting role with a proven track record of top performance, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Strong communication skills—both oral and written—with the ability to craft organized, well-thought-out emails and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining data integrity within a system and following structured processes.
• High standard of professionalism, integrity, and character.
• Engineering experience or familiarity with technical roles is highly desirable.
