Associate Recruiter (Contract)

About the role

The Associate Recruiter supports manufacturing and production hiring efforts of 3D printers. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and hire qualified talent for production, warehouse, assembly, and other manufacturing-related positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for manufacturing and production positions from sourcing through offer stage.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Cook up and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Aid in job postings, recruiting campaigns, and talent pipeline development.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Support recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, operations, or skilled labor positions.
• Travel required: None.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools.
