Associate Recruiter

About the role

Your main focus will be to attract top-tier candidates to join our team. You will act as a bridge between hiring managers and the Recruitment Department, guiding applicants through our onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Attend local and remote career fairs
• Collaborate with colleges and universities
• Promote the Reynolds and Reynolds brand to students, showcasing our exciting career prospects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in Recruiting, Sales or Customer Service is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Schedule

We offer a hybrid work schedule, based on position eligibility. Following completion of your training period, eligible associates may work-from-home up to two days per week.
