We're expanding our team of headhunters across life sciences, banking, finance, regulatory, insurance, and legal. This role is built for professionals with corporate experience who are looking to transition into a high-earning, relationship-driven sales career.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior headhunters and business developers to identify and engage mid-to-senior-level candidates across specialized markets.
• Leverage your professional communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support business development activity, including outreach, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.
• Prior corporate or professional work experience- no specific industry required, we're happy to teach industry knowledge.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals.
• A genuine interest in working in a sales-driven environment with performance-based earning potential.
