About the opportunity

Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support operational hiring initiatives and serve as a key partner to hiring managers across the organization. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, identify top talent, and help improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of operational and corporate positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through networking, educational institutions, professional organizations, referral sources, and other recruiting channels
  • Screens applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Aid with employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives
  • Support improvements to recruiting systems, processes, and workflows
  • Compile recruiting metrics and generate reports to support hiring decisions
  • Deliver recruiting-related communications and training to managers and employees
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Stay current on employment laws, talent acquisition trends, and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Preferred: Corporate or internal recruiting experience, strong preference for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, experience supporting operational, field, or high-volume hiring, experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Ideal Candidate: Flexible and adaptable, strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to support multiple hiring needs simultaneously, organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fully onsite environment, collaborative and service-focused mindset
