Job Description
This is a contract position. We are looking for a talented individual to join our People Team as a Contract Recruiter!
About the role
You will directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce that is changing the way people use energy. In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while guiding qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Energetically cultivate relationships with managers at various levels of the organization to leverage in finding and delivering exceptional candidates for open vacancies
- Build the plane as you fly it; flawlessly execute a recruitment process, while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class
- Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale
- Resiliently focus on finding the strongest candidates to help us move the business forward – then shepherd their hiring experience with the utmost passion and grace
- Represent the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations
- Support members of the Recruiting team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward
Requirements
- Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience
- A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting
- The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms
- Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator
- An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success
- Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends
- The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally

Pay
Compensation Range: $35 - $45 / hour
Currency Type: Salary
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
