Recruiter

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a growing company in North Scottsdale to add a Recruiter to their team. This onsite contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys high-volume hiring, and is passionate about creating a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for customer service, operations, and other hourly positions
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely updates to candidates
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and track activity within the applicant tracking system
• Support hiring events and recruitment initiatives as needed
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through offer

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience filling hourly, customer-facing, or operational roles
• Strong ability to source and engage candidates
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Pay

$30-$35/hour
