Contract Recruiter

About the role

This is a contract position. We are looking for a talented individual to join our People Team as a Contract Recruiter!

Responsibilities

• Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels of the organization, to leverage in finding and delivering exceptional candidates for open vacancies.
• Building the plane as you fly it; flawlessly execute a recruitment process, while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class.
• Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale.
• Resiliently focused on finding the strongest candidates to help us move the business forward – then shepherding their hiring experience with the utmost passion and grace.
• Representing the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations.
• Supporting members of the Recruiting team.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting.
• The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms.
• Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
• An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success.
• Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends.
• The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology).

Pay

Compensation Range: $35 - $45 / hour
