Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the interview process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates by providing timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, recruitment strategies, and hiring priorities.
- Meet recruiting metrics and hiring goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Process new hire paperwork and maintain compliance with all employment policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Cook up internal transfers and other talent movement activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of high-volume, hourly recruiting experience required.
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
