Contract Recruiter
About the role
This is an opportunity to join a company experiencing significant nationwide expansion, where you'll play a critical role in building the teams that keep operations running across manufacturing facilities and field service locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple business units and geographic locations
- Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide recruiting best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external staffing partners and agencies
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute innovative ideas and process improvements to support national hiring initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, industrial, field service, or operations-based environments
- Proven success managing high-volume recruitment across multiple locations
- Strong experience utilizing ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and driven by continuous improvement
